Insurance Coverage

Out-of-network agreements may be arranged with other insurers, including some Medicaid programs. Reduced cash rates and financing options are available.

Consultations

Consultations are available both virtually and in-person. The fee is $200, waived for in-network insurance patients (standard copay applies). Appointments are typically available within 1–3 weeks, with surgery dates offered in 3–4 weeks.

Dr. Ives is a member of WPATH and follows the WPATH Standards of Care. One mental health letter is required for gender-affirming facial or breast surgery, including self-pay patients.
