Dr. Nikolavsky offers Orchiectomy, Vulvoplasty and Penile Inversion Vaginoplasty.

Vaginoplasty and Vulvoplasty surgeries are currently on hold due to the retirement of the plastic surgeon who worked with Dr. Nikolavsky.

While he does use peritoneal tissue in some cases, he does not currently offer Peritoneal Vaginoplasty. He also does not offer Vaginoplasty with penile preservation.

Pre-operative hair removal is required for Vaginoplasty.

Complications after gender-affirming Vaginoplasty can include urethral strictures (blockage), fistulas (abnormal passageways), and abscesses. These conditions can significantly affect quality of life. Reconstructive Urology is a specialized field in Urology that focuses on restoring normal urinary function. Dr. Nikolavsky is highly qualified in this area and has a very high success rate in providing solutions for post-operative urinary complications. With repair surgeries, most patients can be accommodated even with very short notice.

Dr. Nikolavsky does a free initial consultation by phone. This telemedicine appointment is required prior to an in-person visit.
