Dr. Alvina Won, MD is a board-certified Cosmetic Surgeon who is committed to providing the highest level of compassionate care in a welcoming environment for all patients. Dr. Won gained significant experience with gender-affirming surgery during a year-long cosmetic surgery fellowship with Dr. Tony Mangubat, a 20+ year veteran of transgender surgery. Based in the Seattle area, just north of Seattle, Dr. Won now devotes half of her practice to performing gender-affirming Breast Augmentation, Buttock Augmentation and Body Sculpting.

Seattle Breast Augmentation
There are significant differences between trans and cis chest measurements that have implications for Breast Augmentation, particularly concerning breast implant selection and surgical approach. This highlights the importance of selecting a Breast Augmentation surgeon who has experience with transgender patients.
When choosing breast implants, it is important to consider your overall physique so that your breasts are proportional. During your Breast Augmentation consultation, Dr. Won will ask you about how much breast projection, width and volume you would like and then make recommendations for breast implant size and shape. Surgery cost: $6500-8500. Exact pricing can only be determined following a consultation. Pricing includes surgeon's fee, anesthesia fee, facility fee, pre- and post-op appointments for 1 year, and post-op garments.

To further augment you feminine curves, Dr. Won also offers Buttock Augmentation and Body Feminization. Liposuction is used to remove excess fat from the abdomen, "love handles" and mid back, and some of the extracted fat can be transferred to provide additional curves in the thighs and buttocks.

Dr. Won operates at Eviva, an ambulatory surgery center in Shoreline, Washington, just north of Seattle. To ensure that all of her patients feel welcomed and affirmed, Dr. Won's practice has a non-discrimination policy, gender neutral bathrooms, and staff have received sensitivity training.

Surgery Requirements
- One support letter from a qualified mental health professional.
- BMI < 40.
- No smoking, including cannabis, for 4 weeks prior and 4 weeks after surgery.
- Age 18 and over.
Booking a Consultation
Dr. Won offers complimentary virtual consultations. The wait time for a consult is 6-8 weeks, with surgery dates booked 6 months after consultation.
