Dr. Rex E. Moulton-Barrett, MD is a double board certified cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgeon in California who has been performing Feminization Surgeries for trans women since 2010. With offices in Alameda and Brentwood, Dr. Moulton-Barrett is pleased to help transgender patients in the Bay Area, Oakland, Walnut Creek and surround communities.
Dr. Moulton-Barrett completed his medical degree at the University of Birmingham Medical School in England prior to surgical residency in the United States. He has been licensed as a physician in California since 1989. Dr. Moulton-Barrett is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
