Dr. Gregory Swank, MD, FACS is a board-certified, Duke University trained surgeon who offers feminizing surgeries in North Carolina, including Breast Augmentation, Facial Feminization and Post-GRS Labiaplasty.

Breast Augmentation: There are significant differences between trans and cis chest measurements that have implications concerning breast implant selection and surgical approach. This underlies the importance of selecting a surgeon who has experience specifically with Trans Breast Augmentation.
Facial Feminization Surgery - Brow Lift: A Brow Lift is performed by lifting the skin of the entire forehead, which repositions the eyebrows higher. Surgical time is 1.5 - 2 hours. This is considered one of the most effective procedures to feminize the upper face.
Body Feminization (Liposuction): Body Feminization Surgery provides a solution for feminizing body shape when hormones, diet and exercise fall short. The goal of Body Feminization Surgery is to create and accentuate more feminine curves using Liposuction and Fat Grafting. The areas commonly treated to achieve this are breasts (see Breast Augmentation), waist and hips (to achieve classic waist-to-hips ratio), buttocks and abdomen (Abdominoplasty or "tummy tuck"). Multiple areas can be treated in one surgery. Body Feminization Surgery typically includes Trunk Liposuction combined with Buttock Augmentation.
Post-GRS Labiaplasty: Post-GRS Labiaplastycan bring the labia majora into a more anatomically correct location, augment clitoral hooding, and further define the labia minora.

- Cash, all credit cards, and cashier's check are accepted for surgery costs. Medical financing via CareCredit and Prosper Healthcare Lending is also accepted. Sorry, Dr. Swank does not accept insurance, Medicaid or Medicare.
- Dr. Swank requires a letter from qualified mental health professional recommending surgery. He serves patients who are 18 years of age and older, and who are in good general health.
