Dr. Alan Dulin is a board-certified surgeon with many years of experience performing Male-to-Female Surgery in the Dallas area. Dr. Dulin offers transgender women the following surgical services:

Breast Augmentation: Get the curves you desire. Choose from multiple implant types and sizes.

Facial feminization surgery (FFS): The permanent solution for feminizing the face. Procedures include brow lift, cheek and/or chin implants, lip augmentation, and rhinoplasty.

Orchiectomy: Reduce androgen production. An Orchiectomy removes the testicles, which can result in reduced hormone dosages and/or increased feminization. Dr. Dulin performs the Inguinal Orchiectomy method.

Body Sculpting: Sculpting the optimal female body shape. Get a curvier body contour by using liposuction and fat transfer.

Dr. Dulin performs surgery at the Surgery Center of Texas, a 20,000 sq. ft., fully accredited facility in Plano, Texas (30 minutes from DFW International Airport.) Dr. Dulin also has surgical privileges at the Medical Center of Plano, Presbyterian Hospital of Plano, Texas Health Center for Surgery and Diagnostics and Baylor Medical Center of Frisco.

Payment of Fees: Cash, credit card, and cashier's check are accepted. Medical financing via CareCredit is also accepted. For some procedures, Dr. Dulin accepts insurance from BCBS and United Healthcare. However, he does not accept any insurance for FFS procedures. He also does not accept Medicaid or Medicare.

Surgery Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months on hormones for Orchiectomy.
  • Two letters: One from licensed therapist and if on HRT, one from physician who monitors hormones.
